ISABELLE AGUERRE IS THE FOUNDER OF LUX IN VIVO, ADVISING BRANDS ON CLIENT-CENTRIC TRANSFORMATION
IN HER LATEST BRAND-INSIDER ROLE, SHE SUCCESSFULLY LED A CLIENT-CENTRIC TRANSFORMATION AT CHANEL
Isabelle started her career as a strategic consultant after graduating from ESSEC in France. She worked for the retail financial services industry on client, distribution and the first digital revolution. She then received her MBA degree from HARVARD Business School, and moved to the luxury and fashion industry for the following 20 years
First, at CARTIER North America, she professionalized retail, built CRM (client relationship management), and led strategic planning. After 11 years in the U.S., she moved back to France, out of where she developed and headed global ecommerce and strategic marketing at BALENCIAGA.
Last, at CHANEL, as the global director of client strategy, she led the client-centric transformation of the fashion division worldwide. She was as well a board member of the Chanel Foundation, and a CSR (corporate social responsibility) ambassadress
Isabelle has now stepped into the entrepreneurial world and founded her consultancy LUX IN VIVO in 2018. Since, as an independent industry expert and executive coach, she has been advising on strategy and transformation a variety of global luxury and fashion brands, from $150M to $10B business, headquartered in Paris, London, Geneva and Milan.
Next to this, in 2018-2020, she co-built a start-up in blockchain technology for the luxury and fashion industry. And last, joined the non-executive board of La Perla in 2020
She also engages as guest speaker at international business school programs e.g. Insead and conferences, as a jury member for luxury start up selection, and as a publications contributor
As an international citizen, Isabelle is trilingual in French, English and Spanish. On a personal note, she is a triathlete, a certified yoga teacher, and an education mentor at NGO Sport dans la Ville
