«Client centricity labs» allow to raise awareness and accelerate team maturity, onboarding and collaborating on client topics. They gather all stakeholders across functions and geographies to innovate and execute on key client priorities
The lab serves as a catalyst for the client ecosystem mandatory transversality: internationally, cross-functionally, brand-client, IT-business, marketing-retail, headquarter-market
The format is over two or three days, mixing team building, innovation, and client initiatives, with a pragmatic outcome to be implemented
